Become a model

You can become a model with Art Deco Studio and gain experience wearing our fabulous items of fashion and jewellery.

All potential models are treated professionally and are provided with a private changing room and restroom facilities. Chaperones are welcome.

Commercial terms are based on an agreement, which should be signed before work commences. A copy of this agreement can be downloaded from this Website. All photographic sessions are carried out at our studio in Kirklington, which is situated near Mansfield, Nottinghamshire. A Photo shoot lasts for 3 hours, including an hour of preparation time for make-up and costume fitting.

Requirements
Applications are invited from aspiring and experienced models aged between 16 and 40. We are always looking for new faces. We also appreciate applications from women for whom wearing beautiful jewellery comes naturally. Those willing to become paid models can take an initial camera test by invitation, which will last for 30 minutes.

The Shoot
Photo shoots are normally for 3 hours including an hour of preparation time for make-up and costume. All make-up is supplied and a private dressing room is provided. All applicants under 18 and those applicants with little or no experience will be paid £15.00 per hour in front of the camera and £10.00 per hour during preparation time. So, you would get £40.00 for an average 3 hour shoot.

Models over 18 years of age, with relevant experience will be paid £25.00 per hour in front of the camera and £10.00 per hour during preparation time. This means that experienced models would get £60.00 for a 3 hour shoot.
